Please include your account's email address and, if it is about a specific website, the name you gave it. That is usually enough to find the problem without a second exchange.
What to expect
- A website will not publish, or published wrong
- Send the website name and roughly when you uploaded. Every build keeps a record, so we can usually tell you what stopped it without needing the file again.
- Something about billing or your plan
- Only an account owner can change a plan. If you are not the owner, ask them first. We cannot change it on their behalf without their say-so.
- A security concern
- Write to the same address with "security" in the subject and please give us a reasonable window to fix it before making it public. We will tell you what we found and when it was fixed.
- A question about your data
- Requests to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold go to the same address. We answer them within 21 days.
