About paying
Do I need a card to start?
No. Creating an account asks for your name, your email and a password. Nothing else.
What happens to my websites if I switch back to Free?
The first website keeps running and you choose which one that is. The others stop being served, and they are not deleted. The files, the uploads and the records all stay exactly where they are, and switching back to Pro puts them back online.
What currency is the bill in?
Ringgit. The underlying cloud costs are in US dollars, so the amount shown in your account is converted at a rate we publish alongside the figure rather than a rate we keep to ourselves.
Is there a charge if a lot of people visit my website?
Not on top of the plan. Your account shows what your websites cost us to run each month, so there are no surprises, but the plan price is the plan price.
